Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
